Reservations

Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. We do accept walk-in guests; however, please note that availability may not be available.

Cancellation Policy

A 4-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours’ notice or “no show” will incur a 50% fee.

Arrival

Please check-in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment times. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly. We do understand that Bangkok traffic can be unpredictable please allow time for travel, if you are running late please inform our Spa Concierge Team.

Consultation

Infinity Spa is dedicated to ensuring our guests have a memorable spa experience. Upon check-in our Spa Concierge team will ask you to fill out our consultation form, this is to assist us to communicate with the therapist. We do understand that there will sometimes be a language barrier, please inform our Spa Concierge team if you feel that your therapist does not understand you to clear any misunderstandings.

Spa-Etiquette

To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary at Infinity Spa, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum.  Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged, please keep them on silent mode, please also avoid holding loud conversations.

Children Policy

All our treatments and services are indented for persons 12 years and older; however, Children are permitted at Infinity Spa if they are booked for a service and their parents or guardians give consent for the service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also would like to keep a relaxing environment for our guests.

Pregnancy / Medical and Special-Consideration

It is your responsibility to declare any relevant medical conditions, such as; high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, are pregnant or have any other medical complications to our Spa Concierge Team before treatment, you are also advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any treatment or services.  Kindly inform our Spa Concierge Team of any existing medical conditions or skin conditions. We do have specially trained therapist who can perform Prenatal Massage, please note we only accept women who are pasted their first trimester (approximately 12 weeks). Please note that Infinity Spa or our employee will not take any responsibilities on claims, you do so at our own risk.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any Spa treatment.

Valuables

We recommend that no jewelry be worn at the Spa. Infinity Spa and our employees accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises. We kindly ask that you check all belongings before leaving the spa.

Professional Spa

Our trained therapists are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. For full-body treatments, we provide disposable underwear and your body will be fully covered during the entire treatment. If a therapist ever feels that a guest is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop a treatment service immediately and you will be charged for the services scheduled.

Gratuities

Our treatments and services do not include gratuities/tips. The customary gratuity for each service provider is 10 to 20%. If you wish to give your therapist a tip/gratuity please inform our Spa Concierge team at the front desk when checking out. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk or you may add gratuity to your credit card. Tipping is never expected but always appreciated.

Gift-Certificates

Gift certificates for our spa treatments are available.  For more details, please contact our Spa Concierge Team. Each Gift-Certificate is issued with a validity date, please use them before the expiry date.

Refund Policy

Services, treatment packages, spa memberships, gift certificates, spa products and merchandise purchased are non-refundable.

Return Policy

Infinity Spa aims to provide you with products and merchandise. Any defected products or merchandise purchased for home use can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt or proof of purchase is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a replacement or spa credit will be provided.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of 7% VAT.

General Disclaimer

The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilized at Infinity Spa, are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Guests may have. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Spa, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
